How The Match Works

The state adds $2 for every $1 you spend

On eligible improvements, MSFH generally matches your money 2-to-1, up to a $10,000 state contribution. In practice, spending $5,000 out of pocket could bring up to $10,000 in matching funds toward your project — all "up to" and subject to available funding and your eligibility.
