When you search for the best window and door installers in South Florida, what matters is simple: a licensed contractor who shows up, uses the right approved product for your county, pulls the permit and passes the inspection. That is how EZ Glazing works. Founder Elias Zerquera has spent 8 years in glazing, answers his own phone, and stays on every job from the first measurement to the final inspection.
We install hurricane impact windows, impact entry doors, sliding glass doors and storefront glass for homes, condos and businesses. Every quote is in writing, typically within 48 hours, and eligible homeowners can combine our work with the My Safe Florida Home grant, which matches up to $10,000.

We work across South & Central Florida. If your town isn’t listed, just ask.
Our home turf. Miami-Dade is a High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so every exterior window and door needs a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) and a permit with final inspection. We only install NOA-approved product and handle the paperwork, from Hialeah and Doral to Kendall, Coral Gables and Homestead.
Broward is also part of the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so NOA-approved impact product and a permit with final inspection are required. We serve homes, condos and businesses from Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood to Pembroke Pines, Weston and Coral Springs.
Palm Beach County sits outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so Florida Product Approval applies instead of Miami-Dade NOA. Permits and inspections are still required, and we handle both for homeowners from Boca Raton and Delray Beach to West Palm Beach.
Salt air and strong winds make impact glass a smart upgrade up and down the Keys. We serve Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon and Key West for retrofits and new builds.
Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers homeowners call us for impact windows and doors too. Ask about scheduling for projects outside Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
We also take projects on the Treasure Coast and up through Central Florida, from Stuart and Port St. Lucie to Melbourne, Kissimmee and Orlando.
Every service is available in every city we serve.
